Scott was born and raised in Berks County. He graduated from
Wilson High School where he was a member of the swimming
and water polo teams. After high school, Scott attended the
University of Maryland: Baltimore County where he earned a BS in
Biology, a minor in Philosophy and also was a member of the
varsity swim team. Scott then attended Lock Haven University where
he earned a Master's of Health Sciences. Throughout his schooling,
he did rotations in various areas including general, plastic and
orthopaedic surgeries. Scott likes to stay active and coaches age
group swimming for Wilson part time and he also enjoys playing golf.
