Adam Weaver, DPT, OCS

Adam earned an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Temple University.  He went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. He is a certified Orthopaedic Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association.  Adam operates in our Wyomissing office.

Darren Moscoe, MSPT, CSCS, C-PT

Darren is a graduate of The Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy. He has over 30 years experience treating orthopedic patients. He is certified in Graston Technique for soft tissue mobilization. Darren is also certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as both a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer.

Yvette Johnson, PTA

Yvette is a 2002 graduate of Central Penn College where she earned an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences. She has been a practicing Physical Therapist Assistant for 19 years and has experience in outpatient orthopaedic and skilled nursing settings. Yvette operates in our West Reading office.

Lisa DaDamio, BSW, PTA

Lisa is a 1996 graduate of the PTA Associates of Science Program at Alvernia University with 26 years of extensive experience in a continuum of care including Outpatient Sports & Orthopaedics, Acute Care, LTC, SNF and Wound Care. She enjoys the reward of helping patients reach their personal goals. Lisa works FT at our Wyomissing location with training in Graston techniques.

Christopher Kwiatkowski, PTA

Chris is a graduate of Alvernia University with an Associate of Science Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance and a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Science. For the past 25 years, Chris has been practicing primarily in out-patient settings with an ever keen interest in orthopedics.  Chris has also had experiences in acute care, short-term rehab and geriatric therapy. Chris operates in our Exeter Office.

Steven Koenig, DPT

Steven is a 2011 graduate of Oley Valley High School. He earned his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Penn State Berks campus in 2015. He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Alvernia University in 2019. Steven has experience in orthopaedic outpatient and skilled nursing settings.
